Lady James is a 100% female owned and operated company founded by sisters, Emily James Prevatt and Sarah James Shanklin. They started their company at young ages with the single dream of making all women feel beautiful in their own skin. They believe that for too long women have taken the back seat, the lower paycheck, the inappropriate nicknames and the reprimand of dressing ”too provocatively”. Their mission is to empower women through fashion by cultivating a community for them to embrace their own unique bodies and beauty.

They marry non-conventional looks with timeless elegance to create the most unique designs. All of their materials are sourced using the highest quality fabrics available. Each article of custom-made clothing is fully designed, created and constructed in their atelier. Nothing is ever outsourced.
