CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
Let’s get started on making your dream garment! Follow these steps to begin.
Complete the custom design request form listed below
Email inspiration images of your design to us at info@ladyjames.com (if you don’t have any, that’s ok too)
A Lady James team member will reach out to schedule your custom consultation (virtual or in-person)
After the initial consultation, our designer will send customized sketches to show design options (custom sketches are $100)
Get measurements taken from the list we send you, or have us take your measurements if you’re local
Schedule first mock-up fitting (the mock-up fitting will be your design but in a white cotton fabric to get the fit down before moving to final materials)
Schedule 2nd fitting (this fitting will typically have the final materials, but will not be completed)
Schedule 3rd fitting (this fitting will be the last chance to get all final tweaks fixed)
Final pick up… time to take your garment home!
